I would like to take this opportunity to say thank
you for the great service you provided during my
recent a/c check-up visit. You took the time to
explain everything about my system to me
and made
sure I understood.
You gave me an idea of what to expect from my unit
and estimates as to how much they

We had a complete failure of the outdoor unit on
our home A/C system.
In hindsight it was experiencing a slow death over
the last few months.
As fate always has it Sunday evening the unit
completely died. On phone call later and on Monday
afternoon we were up and running again.
So in 24 hours we went from the blissful ignorance
of re-circulating humid air, to nothing
through a
hot cranky wife and husband phase, to a custom
matched system, to the most comfortable we have been
in 1-2 years.
The difference was a call to Grover at G&S Air
